Do you like Meatballs ? - Recipe Making Meatball Meat Delicious

The average person likes meatballs, meatballs are very popular in this country. Even the classmates were very often eat meatballs together, we usually like to eat meatballs in the Panterik area because the meatball famous very tasty and chewy, remember this I so hungry :).
But with the changing age of a lot of people who think cunning to look for profit only, now you do not have to worry about it, because you can make that in your home.


Recipe Making Meatball Meat Delicious and Make Hooked :

Ingredients :

  • 1 kg of fresh ground beef
  • 5 egg whites
  • 8-10 cloves garlic, fried, puree (if again lazy I usually use garlic powder / garlic powder).
  • 5 tablespoons of fried onions
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (may be skip) not use usually also already chewy from the use of egg whites.
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 100 grams of tapioca flour (gluten free), if the usual tapioca use 200 grams, (I use 100 grams of cornstarch + 50 grams tapioca flour.

How to make :
  1. Combine meat with egg whites, wipe your hands with a meat blender until well blended
  2. Enter salt, pepper, garlic, fried shallot, sugar. Roll back with a meat blender or knead by hand for about 15 minutes.
  3. Enter tapioca & baking powder. Knead / roll until it is completely smooth & soft
  4. Set it to let the dough in the refrigerator down for 15 minutes.
  5. While waiting for the dough is left, prepare a pot of water, then boil water.
  6. After the water boils, turn off the heat
  7. Can also use a small fire to keep the water from boiling or turbulent, just hot enough
  8. Take a handful of meatball dough, then fill the meatballs according to taste, then fist in hand and press the fingers until the dough comes out from between the thumb and forefinger, then take the dough spoon with a spoon and insert it into hot water in the pan.
  9. Do it until the dough runs out. Let the meatball to float.
